Clean lobby, friendly staff, and great menu options. I especially enjoyed the Watermelon Cucumber Agua Fresca.

Seemed to not be in the mood to help. I just walked in and both girls straight up ignored me. Also their Apple Pay doesn?t work... and somehow it?s the customers fault. It works when I use the card that I tried to use on Apple Pay (prior experience). Alsolast time not only were they out of the bread I wanted but they were out of the bread AND their oven was off... I?m growingdisillusioned with this subway with each passing attempt. Read more

I am enjoying their garlic cheese veggie sandwiches. As i increase my veggie intake to make fruits and veggies my greatest... source of nourishment instead of processed starches etc. Goal for 2020 Read more

They Don't deserve a one star listing. This Subway needs retraining with their staff. Not good with urgency to take orders, not... friendly to welcome customers or acknowledge you to take your order. I recently went there for lunch with my daughter. It wasobvious they were working on a large order from the customer in front of us. My daughter and I were the only customers waitingin line besides the customer that had the large order. So we waited and waited patiently. 3 people working on one order and 1employee working on an apps order with the tablet right where the sandwiches being made. She was touching the tablet and food atthe same time. That was not good, and in my head i was saying ... lets get out of here, i sure dont want her making my sandwich.I'm disabled and I had to take a sit to rest my legs, while my daughter continued to stand in line. Still no one acknowledgedour presence. We became very uncomfortable with overall what we were seeing, so we decided to leave. As we walked out I thenturn to tell the Subway staff, "this is Not how to treat customers and I will follow up with a formal complaint." They yelledback, we have a big order here. I stated to them, yes I see that but we are the only "two people" here awaiting and you can'ttake our too. Wow, what would they do if it was a lunch rush hour????? Take it from me, go to the mall and get your sandwichesfrom there where customer service is much better and appreciated. This Subway will never get my business EVER again! Read more

Avoid this Subway! So Wednesday 10/31/12 I go to this Subway, yes on Avalon/Del Amo and I approach the counter and I say to the... guy can I have a 6 inch, bufflo chicken on wheat! He said "what?" So I repeated my self 3 more times, while he looked at me asif he didn't speak english, until he finally said, "oh I thought you said provolone chicken." so I said "No buffalo, but I'lltake provolone!" He went to the bread case and asked me "what kind of bread was it?" WTF so after I told he wheat for the 5thtime, he then asked me "footlong or 6 inch?" WTF I said 6 inch and then yes, he asked me what type of sandwich it was!!!! I haveno problem with the mentally challenged until they are hired to deal with my food!!!! Read more
