Me and my wife were turned away before we could even order. Was told it was a 30 min wait. It was a man with tattoo sleeves.... Customer service here is terrible. One of the worst wingstops I have ever been too. Another incident was where I was chargedwrong and then they couldn?t even give me a refund because no one knew how to use the machine. Literally have zero idea who in their right mind thinks making food like this is okay. This is the third time the employees here... show carelessness for food prep. It?s suppose to be Buffalo fries? they completely drenched them in Buffalo sauce when theirsuppose to be drizzled. Had to throw this whole thing in the trash. Unbearable to eat. Management needs to get their employeesin check. Don?t waste your money here, drive farther out for quality food. Read more

I literally am so disgusted not only did i wait an hour for my food as a online order I ordered bone in wings not feather wings... so disgusted honestly i called so they can correct the order not only did they want me to take the entire order back to make itagain like i have nothing better to do then to wait another hour for wings im sorry got off work and this was dinner for thefamily they should've been made the right way to begin with the owner couldn't even give me options or even be on the phone withme hope you have better luck Read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! no one in there communicates. Sat and waited way longer than told for my order . What was... supposed to be a 20min wait easily turned into a hour because employees do not effectively communicate!! Oh yeah, not to mentionafter waiting a hour, they had the audacity to charge for ranch. SAD! never returning. Hire better employees, please!! Read more

Called to place an order from the location on Sepulveda Blvd (Carson Depot) at 6:21pm on 2/25/21and was told that it would take... 30 minutes for the order to be ready which was fine with us. We get there at 7:05 and there was no order under my name. Thegirl with braids and thick long false eye lashes at the register who also answers the phone to take orders checked the phoneorders and said that she never received our order. I looked at my phone log to see which number I dialed and when I dialed it,lo and behold, her phone rang and she picked it up. When I asked her what happened to the order, all she said was "I can takeyour order the chicken is frying". What kind of customer service is that, no apology from her when we had proof that we calledher location to place the order. We waited almost 1 hour to get our food and no food!!!! When we waited a long time for ourfood at Olive Garden, the manager apologized and didn't charge us for our steak. This is what you call great customer serviceand a very professional manager. The owner can apologize but if the customer is not compensated for their wasted time waitingfor almost 1 hour and no food, customers aren't going to go back. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Read more
