Her name is Kylie (i think). She was very rude. She took forever to take our order even tho no one was inside or in the drive... through. When she started taking my order, she was just straight up rude, talked fast, and didn?t even ask what kind of icecream i wanted. I wanted a banana split and usually i am always asked how many scoops i want and what kind of ice cream. Shegave me two kinds of ice cream i didn?t want at all and one more scoop than i wanted. I parked kind of far away from the windowand she made a comment about it i was nice and apologize and she slammed close the window. Very rude. I parked infront of thewindow just to eat my ice cream and she?s pointing at me and laughing and she was also kissing/ making out with someone andhugging them right infront of me. Paid almost 30 dollars. For a Sunday and a banana split. Melted and so small portions and noting like the picture you guys have... up. Like good job. You should give ur employees a raise. Never again Read more
Drove to the front of the store and it was locked, we were told to order through the drive through by a boy and so we drove... around. Keep in mine this was an hour before they were supposed to close. We were greeted by a girl who said "hi.. we areclosed, is there anything else we can help you with". We'll obviously not anymore. Thanks for another terrible experience. Thirdtime wasn't a charm. WORST location I've been to. Side note, don't go to the BR on Northtowne Ln in Reno, they don't know how tomake a standard banana split. Read more
I was so mad going here. I joined the rewards club and they sent me coupons to use. I ordered a sundae and it was suppose to be... 1/2 off so I thought that's not too bad. I go to pay and they tell me coupon won't work and I had to pay full price. I just usedthe other coupon they sent me week before and it worked fine. Lady refused to type in number off coupon and would not discountitem. I will never go there again, dq never treats me like that. I used to buy my cakes there, but now it's dq that will get mybusiness. Also, stupid Sundae was $7.50 and I only got one scoop of ice cream and hardly any toppings. Read more
I ordered a layered Sunday and got 1 tiny scoop of ice cream. When I told them they said it's how it comes. $7 for a scoop of... ice cream with toppings. Unexceptable. I won't be going back. Read more
Went in about a week ago and ordered a mangonada drink and a banana split.A young blonde boy helped me, when making my banana... split I asked if I could have a single scoop instead of the traditional three and if they offered that. He said yes andcontinued to make my split, he never wore gloves and handled all my food with his bare hands and even reached into the toppingsbin and sprinkled them over without gloves or seeing him wash his hands.He then continued to add 3 scoops of ice cream and whenI questioned why he said i ?read the menu wrong ?. Never told me my total when checking out and just a general lack of customerservice or work ethic. Hold yourselves to higher standards. Read more
