Phil and the team were awesome. Just used them on a remote jobsite in Nevada on extremely short notice for around 30 people.... They showed up with everything ready to go exactly on time and delivered the best BBQ I have had. I will definitely be usingthese guys for any and all catering events that come up in the future. Purchased two racks of ribs at the nugget rib cook off and the were not very good, not much meat and tuff.
