I visited this location a few days ago. Usually, I prefer to dine in, but that won't be happening again any time soon. When I... entered, I could see a man working behind the front counter that looked visibly agitated. He was hollering at the other workersquite loudly, storming around and acting hostile, in clear view of myself as well as the other guests present, and he made theentire environment incredibly uncomfortable. It ruined my day, so I just turned around and left. Every time I've visitedpreviously, the staff has been nothing but kind and hospitable, and my food has always come out in a timely manner with a smile.They never fail to brighten my day, and this always makes me want to come back, and I'm disappointed that in return they aretreated this terribly. I expect to witness this ridiculous behavior from an irate guest, not from a person on their own team.I'm not comfortable supporting a business that facilitates the abuse of the employees providing my food, and I don't think anyother regulars would feel comfortable with it either - regardless of how busy it might be, or how frustrating it can be tomanage a team during a rush. Quite frankly, there is no excuse for that kind of unprofessional behavior, regardless of one'sposition within the company. And I can personally guarantee that if this gentleman were to lash out this way as a regularemployee, rather than as the (what I'm assuming to be) manager/owner, he would have been terminated on the spot. Food andcustomer service workers are still people, and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect - especially if they are the oneskeeping said business afloat. Should the crew realize that they are under no obligation to be treated so poorly by their ownstaff and walk out en masse, there will be no one to blame but the company. We were in the shortest line I've ever been in but sat in the drive through for 20 minutes. Once we received our order it was... missing a sandwich and the sandwich we did receive was incorrect. We ordered 3 items. This is the 3rd out of 4 visits our orderhas been wrong at this location. Read more

Chick-fil-A is always bomb and this one is no exception. They?re always on time with all of their food and if you?ve got a wait... for anything it?s never more than five minutes.
