Chili's has gone downhill for me. Appears very dirty and worn. Food is still okay but you can tell the portions are smaller.... Definitely needs an update and refresh. Bar was covered with food crumbs during our visit. Read more

They have downsized their menu a lot. The waitress was nice but didn't stay in top of drinks well. She also told us we had to... hurry with our order because it was getting busy. While probably a good tip for getting our food faster, it came across likehurry up already. We didn't get chips until we asked. Part of our food was delivered cold. Read more
Happened to go in mid-afternoon when it wasn't terribly busy on a Friday. Great service, the food was excellent, the only hiccup... was using my rewards points for something we had ordered. The server took the extra time to write down the code from my phoneand go into the back and get everything straightened out. Kudos to Dana. Great family atmosphere, the music is not terriblyloud, I was dining with an 11-year-old and they put me in the dining room and not the bar, much appreciated. Restrooms wereclean and well stocked.
