I love Dennys in Carson City. It?s quick, inexpensive no brainer right after chemo at the Carson Tahoe Cancer Institute. Never... Disappointed. The food is always hot fresh and full of flavor. If I could do half stars, this would reflect 2.5 stars. The service has sharply declined here. I understand being short staffed,... a lot of businesses are; however, messing up online orders more than once is getting to be too much. I don't mind small mishapsbut when you order stuff and it's so burnt that it's not edible, that's disappointing. It's a waste of money and not worth thedrive in to get it fixed. I had an order earlier this year where they completely left out more than half the meal. We got asmall portion of fries, no chicken and was again missing a portion of the breakfast plate ordered. I decided to give themanother opportunity and this latest one was disappointing. Ordered a specialty dish, missing some key components. The otherdisappointment was the strawberry pancake bites. They were tiny and burnt to the point that they tasted awful. Had to trashthem. Please slow down, even if it means taking an extra minute or two to get stuff out to the tables or ready for to-goorders. I hate leaving these type of reviews, but I do know that sometimes a negative review or two will help with re-evaluatingsituations and making changes to benefit the restaurant / business. Read more
We were treated very nicely there. Can't wait to find out if we will get the financing we deserve. I'm MORE than excited about... the 5th wheel we chose, it is SO BEAUTIFUL, even more so than any of the brand new ones! Im like a child at Christmas withanticipation! I CANNOT WAIT to hear from them. The wait staff was decent until we finished our meal. I wanted a refill on my water before I left to drive because it was hot... out, and I was thinking of opening a new ticket to get a milkshake (my dad bought me lunch), but the waitress has been going outof her way to avoid me for what is now almost twenty minutes. They have several open tables and booths and I have been politethe entire time I have been here. Read more
Chef did a great job on a Thursday midnight dinner, and my waitress was soooooo wonderful. It was my birthday so the crew... serenaded me with a lovely and Extremely thoughtful B-Day song. I ordered the salmon with wild rice and broccoli. My sister got the Cali chicken wrap. Wow, we recommend them both! It was all... beautifully cooked and well seasoned. Everything had so much flavor. Topped it off with a green smoothie that tasted just like ayummy green apple. Our server was super funny and sweet like a friend. :-) They even have plastic partitions between boothbacks. I ordered to-go twice, dinner once, and breakfast once. Both times my order was wrong, both times there were no utensils, or... condiments. Ordered pancakes but no syrup or fork, ordered a chocolate milkshake and got a scoop of chocolate ice creaminstead, with no way to eat it. Read more
