They seriously need more employees and the ones who are there really need to focus on drive-up AND walk-up. Saw six cars go... through drive-up and the walk up had only one customer get their drinks. That's pretty sad. Read more

Terrible service. Sat in line for 25 mins for one drink. Car in front me is friends with the workers and they sat and talked... forever. I ended up late for work and my drink was wrong. I?ve never had such a bad experience with Dutch bros and superdisappointed and won?t be going back!! Read more

I love Dutch Bros! I?ve been to the other two locations often. I?ve gone to the south end Dutch Bros three times and every time... I?ve had to wait in line behind one person for eight minutes or more while the young lady chatted inside the window of the carin front of me. I understand customer service and I love it at Dutch Bros but each time, At this location it?s entirely toolong. Great place with upbeat workers. If I'm having a bad day and I go there I'm usually a little bit better once I leave. Their... workers you're just so upbeat and happy and love what they do.
