Favorite place to eat, amazing staff and even better pizza. The cheesy bread is really to die for and I wake up craving it, yes... it?s that delicious. I?m personally a one topping kind of person but I?ve tried some of their combination pizzas and I have zerocomplaints. I?m not sure if their ranch is homemade or anything but it is so phenomenal I?m almost convinced they use magic tomake it. Even their salads are delicious which is a lot to ask for at a pizza place but they deliver!! Flat earth has me hookedand I?ll never love any pizza place as much as I love this one, doesn?t matter where I am, I?ll always want to come back tohere. This used to be a really great pizza place. However I will not be going back after today's incident. Placed an order online and... preceeded to go to pick up order at the time specified on email. I was told it would be another hour wait for pizza. (This wasalready an hour after ordering online) so a bit frustrating, but okay stuff happens... well did some errands and came back. Iwas told they had "lost" my order (not sure if it was never made or gave to someone else I have no idea) but decided I wouldtake my business elsewhere. 2+ hours of wasted time. Employees were sympathetic but is seems as if it was just a bunch of teensgoofing of in the back. Probably should have someone competent keeping them on track. Great pizza place with a humorous name and artwork to match. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pizza was excellent and served... quickly but we were also the only ones dinning in at the time so your experience may vary. Read more
Eh. Mediocre at best. Pizza was not terrible but not good. Asked for and paid for pepperoni and didn?t receive it. Honestly?... Would not order from them again. And it has nothing to do with the missed topping. Should have checked that my pizza was correctprior to driving home to Dayton - guess I just expected my one topping to be correct especially during a time when they werevery clearly not busy. My family and I were visiting and we decided to stop to have some pizza. Awesome customer service! The pizza was delicious.... Would highly recommend it. Thank you for cooking for us and letting us dine in right before you guys were going to close. ;) Read more
Their Old World Style pizza is a more classic approach to the Italian Pizza. Light and thin crust, globs of mozzarella and and a... light and tasty sauce. It isn?t loaded with cheese and dripping with grease. After a couple slices I don?t feel bloated andgross, I feel I had a genuinely good piece of pizza. Places like Pizza Hut and Domino?s have easily been put to shame. Pleasecome here and forget the low quality and inferior product those chain pizza places aee putting out. Would love to have tried the pizza but they wouldn?t make it. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 30... minutes. They called to say it would be an extra 30 minutes and that they didn?t have all of the ingredients for the pizza Iordered. That is fine. When I show up to pick it up they again tell me there is another delay. This time 13 minutes. So I waited15 minutes and walked back in and am told that it is going to be ten more minutes and that they hadn?t even put the pizzatogether yet. There was no manager available to talk to and apparently all complaints had to go through the teenager giving methe times. How convenient. I got a refund and left. Can?t speak to the pizza but the customer service is non existent. Goodluck. Edit- I upped the review to two stars from one. The owner did call me within an hour to try to make the issue right. I amfrom out of town and not staying long enough so it wasn?t possible but she handled the situation very professionally. Read more
Very disappointed, tiny pizza was just ok for 24 dollars and that wasn't the worst part. We ordered a pitcher of beer and it... was 26 dollars, I've never paid 26 dollars for a pitcher of beer. So tiny pizza that was way over priced and a 26 dollars fora pitcher of beer you know we won't be coming back. Read more
