Really cool brewery and there beer is very good! My wife and I got our own flights (which totaled 8 different beers) I can... honestly say they were all good. The staff was super friendly and always checking up on us. We got a pepperoni pizza and it wasalso good. In my personal opinion I think the pepperoni was a little strong and kind of took away from the taste of the doughand the sauce. They ferment there dough for 72hrs which is awesome! Doing this really allows the yeast to ferment so you getgreat flavor. This is the way to do it and I’m glad to see them doing that. If your in Carson I would definitely check thisplace out. Food was good. Service was good. Beer was great as always. I had the Lamb burger and the lady had the Carson burger with... mozzarella instead of blue cheese. She said there was no bite from the Cajon seasoning... lamb burger was delicious! The goatcheese complemented the richness of the lamb perfectly. The lady had a diet while I went with a Outlaw milk stout on nitro.Overall happy with our experience. Slightly better service than the union though still under the same management it appears. Here we go ... Michaela the bartender... WOW!!! We ordered the Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Wisconsin Beer Cheese Soup and a... French Dip. The appetizer was amazing, great combination of flavors, perfectly balanced. The soup was boldly flavored, rich andcreamy deliciousness! French Dip was very very good also. There initially were a few service issues, mostly timing andcommunication. But were resolved after a couple of conversations. Michaela (bartender) made the night. She created my drink &basically knocked my socks off. Michaela knows her stuff; she kind & friendly, and very knowledgeable ... thanks so muchMichaela?????? The staff, food, and ambiance is fantastic! Amy was friendly, she refilled our water jug without us asking, the staff are team... players and help one another out and stop by to ask how we’re doing. Pizza is wood fired, the Carson burger gigantic, theirfries and ketchup are so good. Would gladly recommend coming here based on their service and wide selection of food. Read more

I have been to the Union a few times and had overall good experiences. The other night I went with my girlfriends and had an... excellent one! Our server, Maddie, really made it a great experience. She was attentive, had things coming out in a good order,and helped us with our extras we requested. The burnt end flatbreads were sooo good! We thought it would be more pizza like butthere were 3 pork belly tacos with flatbread as the wrap. The flavors were delicious together. We ate them too fast to take apicture. I got the salmon dish as my main. It was a nice healthy option. The salmon was crisped nicely. The brown rice was dryas brown rice can be but improved with mixing the sides into it. Read more

Stopped in for a late lunch.. Not the best service,, but not the worst. She must have been having a bad day. She wasn't rude,... just not friendly, and we did have to ask other employees for items because she would walk past us, make eye contact, andcontinue walking. She didn't check in, I think once, maybe. Trust me, once usually is enough, but this day we were reallythirsty. Must have been busy, there is an outside sitting area as well. I had a Brew Burger, it was good. Lliked how theydidn't pile the pastrami too high. Didn't care for the caramelized onion on it, made it too sweet. Almost everything lacked salt(easy fix). I must say, the gluten free crust pepperoni pizza was actually delicious. The fish-and-chips were tasty as well. The wait was long, and the food was good, but not great. Read more
