Use to be my favorite fast food go to but prices aren't what they use to be. Plus the ice cream machine is hardly ever running... properly. Long drive thru lines with long waiting times as well. Read more
God awful service tonight. Closing manager had no idea what she was doing and cannot manage and shouldn?t manage anyone. First,... got the wrong order and had to drive back. Then, got my order and it was COLD! I should?ve gotten a refund for such disgracefulservice. The other McDonald?s in town can do way better than this poorly managed one. I?m beyond angry. Read more
7/24/22 So I order a Big Mac threw the drive up window. Three minutes after leaving, I take out the Big Mac and when I took a... bite, the bottom bread was as hard as a rock (stale). I drove back and went inside for a replacement. I get back in my car anddrive off. When I opened the Big Mac container, i was surprised to see they put my BM back in with a different bottom bread. Youthink they would have the professionalism to through the stale BM away and give me a fresh one. Not here. Read more
I normally don't eat fast food but the guy who did the order on speaker was good, the person giving the food no so good we had... the I am too good to be doing actual work here vibe. No napkins given, fries were meh 2/5 did not eat more than 3-4 nasty,spicy nuggets 2/5 i did eat them hopefully dont get sick as they are heat lamp old and dry. No dipping sauces given and was onorder. drink was decent ill give that a 4/5 so if you want a cola or something go here if you want 3+ star food food goelsewhere. Read more
Pulled in at 1Pm during end of lunch rush, was not greeted by employee, order only partially taken, fried were stale when policy... states fresh to order, did not receive all of order and received no apology via employee taking order or management.Unacceptable seeing as this was considered the best MCDS in town. Was ran smoother when Clayton was management but since thenhas steadily gone downhill. Read more
