Customer Service is in the toilet. The heavy set caucasian with blue eyes was incredibly rude and disrespectful. This review is for customer service, would have given No stars..... Lady in front of me got charged for my order, then realized... it and asked for the cost of my food back, they would not give her the money back for some Stuipid reason... the girl at theregister asked me if I could pay the lady for my food... my response was " I'm not going to Fix Your Problem" manger came outand still would not give the lady her money back.... just wrote on the back of her recite that she would get a free meal nexttime in.... what the hell way is that to do business .... Went in and ivan was very rude and inattentive and than did not tell me that the shirmp on the family meal would cost more witch... i did not get a full order. And was rushing us at the end of the order. And the food is not that great either. Read more
Cons: ?very few fresh dishes ready to be served, most soggy and been sitting there awhile and/or are empty and unmade. ?unhappy... staff who you can't get to crack a smile The facility is fairly clean and what I truly love at this location is that they stillmake potstickers. All the Reno/Sparks locations stopped and I missed them terribly - so everytime I'm in Carson a stop here justfor these is always in my game plan! The somewhat downside is that the staff no matter how nice you are and try to thank andget them to smile, they just aren't the friendliest people. They do however serve descent portion sizes, which I greatlyappreciate. The other downside is that at 11:30 - they only had half dishes made and the other half empty - of the ones thatwere out, there weren't really any "fresh" options to choose from. Most appeared soggy or stale. I even had to microwave mystring bean chicken after a 2 min drive to my friend's house (which I usually don't get string bean chicken- but was the mostappealing "fresh"-ish item of what was there). The temperature of all the items was lukewarm to room temperature. All needed agood nuke in the microwave to revive it. I still love the potstickers, but truly wish the food was more freshly made or moreoptions available. Read more
I had broccoli and beef, fried rice, and orange chicken which is my normal favorite whenever I eat at Panda Express at other... locations, including California, but this location is the worst I have ever eaten because the hot items were cold or lukewarm,also the chicken broccoli had cold broccoli pieces, also way too much sodium. Would not recommend. Read more
We've always been very impressed with this restaurant. There are always a lot of great hard working employee's and the food is... always fresh and very good! For such a young crew they all do a great job! Read more
