I waited an hour to get my food, they took my payment then made we wait an additional 20 minutes before giving me me food and... then told me it was because of an issue in the front. I am in the drive thru. Made no since. Ordered the steak and white cheddarsandwich and w while one they only gave me. I also order 2 bread bowls the soup was not hot. Very disappointed for a first timecustomer.. I will never waste my money here again. Read more

What a waste of my time. They were out of most items an we got there at 11am. It took close to an hour and we ordered online... because we were warned it was slow and that ordering on line would get us our food faster. Then the food was mediocre at bestand not cheap. Read more

I placed an order for pickup to be at 5:05pm. I waited 18 minuets and my order still wasn?t ready when trying to talk to staff... they seemed very lost and were not very helpful. I do not recommend this Panera. The service was subpar and took forever. Maybeonce they get their stuff together it might be better but my first experience at Panera was horrible and i will not be back. Read more

Worst service ever!!!???????????? They should tell you that the wait was more than hour. When we got to the window and asked if... our orders was ready they said no that we had to wait another 20 minutes!! Today was our first time eating at Panera Bread... my first experience wasn't the greatest my husband waited in the drive thru... for 55 minutes when we got home the food was all wrong later that evening I went back and talked to the manager her name isApril. She is a very understanding and caring person she goes way above and beyond to do what's right for her customers.. everynew business will have growing pains give them a chance they deserve at least that... In all honesty yes long wait but it?s a new place! Can?t expect them to be fast within like a week. My baby stayed asleep, so I... can?t complain. Good food! First time trying it, I enjoyed it. Went through the drive thru and took them 2 hours, I know it?s a new restaurant but there was only 5 cars in front of us. Did... online pick up a week later and made it at 9am for a pick up time of 5:45pm, didn?t get my order until 6:40pm. I was even there20 minutes early and my order didn?t even start being prepared until 5 minutes before my pick up time. Staff didn?t apologizefor the wait. Some of y?all are just plain rude. This is a brand new restaurant, give these employees some grace. Legit everyone of these... reviews that is bad did not once acknowledge this place has been open less than a week. Astounding y?all weren?t taught to givea little grace. What a way to attempt to demoralize a group of employees who are there actually showing up to work and serveyou at a brand new business.
