I would honestly give papa Murphy?s a 5 star review but not this place you unplug your phone so no one can place an order. And... then when you have a walk in you refuse to help them because you?re within an hour of closing. How dare this place. This issue an rating is not about the taste of the pizza or Grub Hub. I mistaking hit the pay button on my Grub Hud papa Murphys... order, right away I called the restaurant an asked if they could hold making the order for a hour. The person asked me to holdwhile he found my order slip, about 5 min.s later he replies to me that he forgot about me. Well I thought we had aunderstanding but they made the pizza an grub hub picked up the order anyway. So now I have a pizza sitting at my front door itsnow 2:20pm an I won't be home until 4pm. Not good for a first order. I've missed papa John's since they left town an a friendsaid to try papa Murphys, hopefully I'll enjoy the pizza an maybe order from them agin. But...... Read more

Usually love this place a come quite often. Today however we were told we could not order a large in person because they were... for online only. So because they can?t stop someone from ordering online they are just saying ?no? to in person customers whilebasically saying ?well we have some but you can?t have it? they were out of a ton of stuff as well. Very slow place no matter how slow they are and no customers! Ordered a pizza online said 20 min it would be ready. I arrived 10... min late and pizzas were not ready! Had to wait another 25 min for them to make it! Very frustrating and get the feeling theyhate their job no friendly customer service boo! Read more

I remember, when times were tough and we were limited on funds, we would go here and order a pizza and stop-in at Save-Mart for... some fresh veggies and ranch dip. It was such an enjoyable experience. The staff was friendly and always fast. We've never had anegative experience at Papa Murphy's. Read more

My 1st visit & I'll be more prepared next time by bringing my walker. I couldn't carry 2 pizzas & use my cane at the same time.... A fellow customer helped me (thank you) get my pizzas in the car. My walker has a seat that I can carry the pizzas on. I guess Ithought they'd be boxed but no. Next time? Yes & I'll get a couple extra to put in the freezer. Good stuff!
