Eh. Never had it before today. They don't charge for queso or guacamole so that's a bonus but outside of that it's okay. Felt... like the tortilla was either stuffed too much or it was too small. They are understaffed and have a sign out front indicatingthere may be wait times, luckily that's wasn't the case when I got there. I miss being able to go into this location, I would go into the location a couple of times a week, staff/owner was always... friendly(miss the older lady with blonde/White hair). I ordered twice now via their website and had delivered to the new workoffice. NOT SAME QUALITY the delivery first time was missing my protein altogether, and when I called I spoke to a woman whosounded like in her 20s and she was like... "Ok....."(nothing to fix) I waited 2 months before trying again, I ordered againtoday, I got my protein but I splurged for chips and guac, and its not even a full scoop of guac for $5.10 the veggies are NOTCOOKED(not a huge deal) the cilantro was still fully together (not cut or pulled apart).. btw I selected both times to includeutensils...NOTHING. Food is always about the same as any other Qdoba. Staff is sometimes friendly. Other times they will just get through the day. I... always like it when the staff seems like they care about their job. Makes you as a customer feel welcomed and makes you want tocome back. When they are good, they're great. But otherwise they are kind of brushing you off. Read more
I have eaten here three times, and had horrible stomach issues afterwards. I have stomach issues occasionally, so the first... time, I thought it was maybe the spice level. The second time, my co-worker also had stomach issues within a couple hours afterwe ate. The third time, I just got a cheese quesadilla because I had limited time to go elsewhere on my lunch break. The flavorsof the food are great, and I have coworkers who have never had an issue. I suspect that the issue lies in either not keeping thefood at the correct temperature for holding or improper hygiene practices. I have had a few bites here and there of co-workers'food without any issue since the last time I went there, however, I will not be returning. The service was subpar all threetimes. I do try to be understanding when it comes to customer service sector jobs. While I don't expect over the top enthusiasm,I do feel that friendliness and willingness to answer questions go a long way. I find even the most basic customer servicelacking here. Update: I've changed my review from 3 stars to 4. Over the last month or so, my team and I have ordered foodoften and haven't had further stomach issues from it (which makes me lean towards my initial thoughts of sanitation or tempsbeing the issue). Whatever changes they have made are working. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because my order isfrequently incorrect and there is not enough customization options in the app. Read more
I looked at the reviews before coming to this place, most of the reviews were good. So when I got there, my first impression was... the place is very clean. The employes greeted me and took my order. The lady that took my order was very friendly. I order thenachos and a burrito. The food was prepared quickly, fresh and tasted great. Overall this place was great and the food wasoutstanding. SO DISGUSTING!!! I ordered a veggie burrito for pickup from this place and when I took the first bite I noticed the longest... strand of hair inside my food. I tried to pull it out to take a picture but I couldn't because it was wrapped tightly around thecontents of the burrito. Not that I would ever want anything from this repulsive place, but when I called several times tocomplain no one answered. Wish I could give them less than 1 star ? disgusting!! Read more
