I don't understand why they bother to keep open, drive thru only is bs, every time I try to go here you can't walk up and I... don't have the option of drive thru. This has got to be the worse experience I have had at Sonic. They messed up our order more than three times. And instead of... giving a new sandwhich, they scraped off what we didn?t request, like cheese. Maybe if you listened to your customers order inthe first place, you wouldn?t have unhappy customers lining up outside. Every time I go to this place I get the worst customer service I?ve ever received. Whether it be the 15 year olds or the... manager. It?s never a good experience. I just wanna enjoy one of my favorite food places without being treated poorly. Impatientand down right disrespectful workers. I?m not the type to leave a review but it?s every single time. I was just there. Something is broken because I couldn't hear the person taking my order. I asked a question about the juice... box? It had to be the manager. All of a sudden a loud voice yelled at me, apple juice!! My granddaughter enjoyed her food. Theyoung sweet people at the drive thru was nice, sweet and did a great job. Love their cream slushes they're amazing any flavor. For me thier food is average I wouldn't go out of my way to eat it but I... would go out of my way to get their desserts especially their cream slush. Read more
Easily the worst fast food place in Carson city. I work very close to this location and have probably eaten here more than 15... times in the last 5 months. The ONLY items that I consider edible are the hotdogs and the tater tots. Everything else that I'veordered food wise has been absolutely disgusting and honestly upsetting that it's even being served.
