This Taco Bell used to be my go-to, and now it's not. Portioning sizes got humongously small, my burritos are terribly wrapped... every single time I order, orders are often messed up or missing an item. When ordering, I have to ensure they give me 2 ouncesof spicy ranch instead of 1 ounce and when told that they needed to fix it, everyone starts giving attitude, dirty looks, andspeaking badly behind the window just because they couldn't execute a simple task. The soda machine is completely disgusting. Itneeds to be cleaned. The beverages taste awful and I still don't know how it's gone on for this long. The lobby isn't kept up onwell enough, nor the bathroom. I hate to say it, but I'm disappointed. I don't know what happened. This Taco Bell was the bestin town and it just went down hill. I hope I can change this review to 5 stars one day, but as for now, I am not happy about theservices provided. Read more
For some reason this Taco Bell is going really downhill for delivery and it doesn?t seem to make sense why. It used to... consistently be very easy to get into drive-through and pick up your orders and now all of a sudden there?s been a major change.Does it matter whether you go inside or through drive-through they make you go park and they take it insanely long amount oftime to get you your order. It?s been at least three different pick ups now where I?ve literally had to wait 15 minutes with anempty drive-through for them to provide me with the order that is extremely late. I do not understand why the employees at nightare so angry with drivers. We?re just doing our jobs picking up the food when the restaurant says it?s done and taking intocustomers. Taco Bell is a fast food restaurant so I?m not understanding what?s taking so long to get a simple order for deliveryout especially when it?s fully integrated into your systems so that we could totally see or orders displayed and any ordersdisplayed on the KDs screens. Went today for lunch. Cashier at drive thru was extremely rude, trying to short change me $10.00 then she tells: "I just counted... Infront of your face!" Well it was still $10.00 short. She's acting like it's my fault that she tried short changing me. Thenthere was a long black hair in my food!
