Service is extremely slow. The manager is walking back and forth as if she were a prison guard yelling at the employees. They... completely forgot my meal and when I asked about it the manager said it was already packed till she looked and turned and saidoh I was wrong. On 9/2/22 approx 8am I ordered 4 sausage egg & cheese Mcgriddles and 2 hash browns. The McGriddles were BOGO. Paid $11.07. Was... not given a receipt. Got home and there was only 2 McGriddles in the bag! I live 20+ minutes away. No one answers store phoneand can't leave a message. Read more
There was a time you got your order and was pleased. I order my meal and there was a problem with drinks, no salt, there was no... BBQ sauce for my fries ????. I payed a lot of money and dislike my dinner. Never again! Read more

You tell them how you want your burger they do the totally opposite of what you ask. when you ask to speak with manager they... brush you off with just a simple apology then they tell you they would document it in there log book so when you go back theywill replace good luck to you getting your replacement they come out with there isn't anything written in the log book. I was at the drive thru this afternoon around 4:30 first I ordered a sweet tea my drink was straight water. I got back in the... car I ate one of cheeseburgers as I ate it I didn?t taste any meat so immediately I took apart and there was no meat. I was solivid then my French fries was crunchy not fresh. I normally go here on my lunch. Today I wasn't that hungry and ordered the 6 piece nuggets and small fries from the $3 (plus tax... @ 3.5%=$3.10) menu but got charged $3.99 (plus tax $4.25). I asked why and the answer I got was, "Sometimes it's $3 andsometimes it's $3.99. There's one thing I don't like and it's lying and false advertising. You're stealing people's money!!!
