You really need to train your drive-through people better when someone has a huge order that's gonna take 20 minutes they should... be asked to pull away from the drive-through some of the other people behind them can actually get on their way. Read more
07/14/22 Arby's get it together. I entered the store because no one was in the drive-through or parking lot. It took almost 9... minutes to be recognized that I was standing in front of the register to place my order. Katherine was nice. My issue came oncethe female cook Commenced preparing my food. The reason has caught my eye because I just witnessed her coming from outdoors. Idon?t know if she washed her hands. She had one glove on doing too many tasks touching her face, hair, the handles on the frybaskets, and much more. Once my food was ready out of the microwave, she began to bill the gyro sandwich, and now everything shetouched is possibly transferred to my food. Not cool. I asked the cashier, Katherine, could she remake my food because of what Ihad witnessed. Katherine gave me a thumbs up, and we were good to go this time, gloves on and protected and safe. Now I have myfood, my fries, and my bottle of water. Here are the facts. Arby?s food was not my favorite this time. The reason being despitemy Gyro meat being nuked in the microwave, it came out unreasonably warm. The fries were extremely hard and hot, almost as ifthey were double fried. I?d ask for curly fries; instead, I got a little smiling & frowning face fries due to them being allbroken. They may have been the last fries in the back, who knows, but this was by far an authentic horrific experience fromArby?s. PS try to keep the dining room area clean. There?s nothing I love more than being so busy during the work day that I miss lunch, getting those hunger headaches, having... several things to do immediately after work so still not getting a chance to eat, just to order food somewhere and have themmess up the order. I say fast food employees should lose a dollar an hour every year instead of gaining one, until they learnhow to read. Worst part is, I didn?t even customize the sandwiches and somehow they still managed to F up the order. Read more
Wanted a couple of arbys beef and cheddar sandwich 's and a medium vanilla milkshake..and requested no whip cream...she asked me... 3 times ...the milkshake had whipped cream...she said she didn't hear me...and said she could take it off...i told her if shecould or it would be ok...she was trying when this blonde manager. Opened the drive though and said ...sir we serve all ourmilkshakes with whipped cream ...unless you tell us you don't want it...then I had to tell her that I told her 3 times...shegave me my food and I went on my way ..i got on interstate and starter getting my sandwich out and realized I didn't have anyarbys sause...sure I was peeved. ... Just went thru the drive through in Emerson and was very disappointed with the service. I am hoping their actions was because... their speaker wasn?t working right. In my mind that?s the only reason for them to treat us unfairly. This is what happened. Weordered and specifically asked for a sandwich without onions because my husband is allergic to them. He also asked for regularfries and not curly fries. We were served curly fries and when we asked to exchange them they said we would have to pay forthem. Then when we got home my husband found that he couldn?t eat the sandwich cause they put onions on it. They should havebeen more accomodating. Read more

Great new Arby's. The food was fresh and made well. The Oreo bites are my son's new favorite dessert there. They kinda taste... like a warm chocolate donut with cream in the middle. Read more
