My God, where do I start? Upon pulling up at the drive thru, I was greeted kindly, and once my card got declined, the staff... acted as if I was not able to pay, and started giving snarky comments. I was able to present cash to settle the difference, butwas still met with an attitude by the staff. I pulled out and noticed that they did not include my nuggets in the order. When Iwent back, I was screamed at, and the lady asked "WHERE IS THE FOOD WE GAVE YOU", in the back, I heard someone say "they ateit", mind you - this was maybe 10 seconds or so after I pulled off, and I had my young children in the car listening to thewhole thing. I then told her to have a good day and she rolled her eyes at me. What a terrible visit, I'll never be back, andhonestly I think the location should probably be closed down if it's run that way. I called and was told that there was no wayto contact the general manager or district manager. Thanks for nothing, bk cartersville. The food was also cold trash, to boot. Read more

Was a pretty good place, but this last time I went the wait was very long. Got to the order box thing out in the drive thru and... they said, "one moment please", and then about 2-3 minutes later we were able to order. Very slow. Read more

Very well prepared food & good & friendly employees & clean. Floors were a little dirty but well to be expected as there were... contractors of all types in the in restaurant for lunch. Read more

Burger King on Hwy 20 in Cartersville Ga.. I have a 30 minute lunch break so I went to this BK because it is close to my office.... Let me also say, I know people don't want to work and fast food catches the brunt of that and some shifts are run by 3 or maybe4 employees and they can only do so much. But now back to my complaint. I sit in the drive thru for 6 minutes, yes I timed it,because no one ever came over the speaker letting me know, we will be right with you...sorry we're shorthanded please bear withus, nothing. So I pull up to see if they would take my order and one of the rudest ladies jurks the window open doesn't say aword, just looks at me like drop dead, I say I have been at the drive thru for a while, can I place my order here. I still wasgoing to pay for food. The rude lady said I will have to park you. I say I can't do that and she says fine and slammed thewindow. Nope. This girl want ever be back to this Burger King on Hwy 20 in Cartersville GA. I have been there 3 times andwaited but was treated with respect which is something I did not get today. Wish I would have gotten her name but didn't. Triedcalling several times and no one answers the phone. So hopefully this complaint gets to someone. Read more

I arrived at the drive through and was asked to wait for a few moments. I did as requested and the rest of my experience was... good enough, I suppose. Unfortunately, it appeared that this location is suffering the same staff shortages that many othershave been experiencing. Unfortunately, that results in shortcuts, overwhelmed staff that tend to not be as friendly, andirritated customers. Is it really so hard to put napkins in the bag, without the customer having to ask? When did this stopbeing a common practice? Let's face it, there is a reason that Chick-fil-A is dominant in the fast food arena. A customerresponds more positively when they feel that the person serving them is more of a friend than an adversary. There are some fastfood chains that understand this and are working to improve on this, but I am not seeing the results at this Burger King, that Ihave experienced elsewhere. Read more

I'm not really sure how they could make so many mistakes with my order and have the food so sloppy and cold when I was the only... customer inside or outside. The girl in the Drive-Thru was too busy on her cell phone and seemed genuinely offended when Ikindly asked her to correct the mistakes in my order. Absolutely Horrible Experience. Awful Customer Service. Disgusting Food. Waited 20 Minutes Before Going Back Up Front To Ask... About Our Food. They Didn't Realize We Hadn't Gotten Our Food. Was Then Given The Wrong Order. All Cold Food. Except The FriesWhich Had So Much Salt That They Couldn't Be Eaten! All The While, People Standing Around.
