Asia our server was great. It was obvious they were short handed but she remained polite and attentive despite being pulled in... 20 different directions. The food was subpar. This was the third time we've gone and had issues with out food. It's like theydon't understand what a medium steak is. My wife decided to just eat her sides, which were cold. My burger was so over cooked Ibrought it home for my dog. We typically eat with our extended family (10 to 15 of us) there are few places that willaccommodate us. The kids are always happy that's hard to do. For an adult that likes good food they need to do better. We'vebeen going there for years and I know the pandemic hit businesses hard. We had the best waitress. She went above for all her tables. Kept our cup filled, we need er had to ask for a refill.
We dine at this location pretty often. I'm a big fan of them menu items, and the food has great flavor. There doesn't even seem... to be that much of a wait when we go, and the staff is really nice. Not to mention they have really cheap options for lunch thatare yummy and filling at the same time. Read more
Update: We went today & everything was still great! Not sure out waitress name today but she was very personable. I used the... app to be put on the waiting list. Our table was ready when we arrived. We had Maddie for our waitress. She was very friendly, &attentive. Everyone was working together nicely. It was a great dining experience. Read more
They were short handed and busy. Tiffany, was a rockstar! Our drinks never ran dry, and I drank 4 teas! She is very attentive... and she's a fantastic communicator. She never stopped working the entire time we were there. We had five people in our partyand everybody's meal turned out fantastic. My steak was perfect in all the ways. Note to management - on Sunday, most other sitdown restaurants in the area close much earlier. This is why there is a rush that starts at 8pmish till close. Scheduling morepeople to work on a Sunday evening might be in your employees and patrons best interest. Read more
The wait staff was great. They worked as a team. Seeing me looking for our waitress, a young lady asked what I needed. The food... was also delicious. I could not finish my pasta because I was taking bites off my husband's burger. Great date night! Read more
At first when we walked in we couldn't find an employee. There were 3 tables seated, a couple of folks at the bar but no staff... in sight. The lady that came up from the back to great us was reasonably friendly although when she seated us she gave us nomenus. The waitress seemed a bit surprised that we wanted then; my first time at a Chili's. We ordered and it didn't take toolong of a time for the food to arrive but out drinks were empty for several minutes prior to the food arriving. The toppings onone of the two burgers was wrong, mustard instead of mayo so it wasn't like it could just be pulled off or added to. The beef ofthe burgers was seasoned well and not dried out. Overall, not a terrible experience but not going to be my first choice for aplace to go out to eat. Read more
