Grace was an absolute GEM!!! We had a horrible experience at an out of state store and wasn't gonna go back. We were emailed a... comp card and we decided we would give our local one a try. Hands down the best service we have had in a very long time. Myboyfriend got the trout and I got the cod. Everything was delicious. Service was even better. I'm giving 4-stars to this Cracker Barrel location in Cartersville, GA, because our server, Adrian and the manager, Carlton were... so kind to handle the issues we had with our order. The restaurant had been very busy but Adrian did the best she could do toprovide exceptional service... making errors right. We will return to this location when we're back in the area and hopefullywe'll have Adrian as our server again. Terrific manager! Carlton obviously is a great manager and that shows through whenemployees care. Yes I recommend this Cracker Barrel. It's much better than the location where I live! Read more
Wife and I both had the chicken fried steak and it was great. My plate was really good, my wife's greens had green beans in it... so not sure if it's normal or what. A party of 15 came in after we sat down, and a couple near us as well. They all had theirfood before we got ours, matter of fact, they had drinks before we did as well. Our services suffered due to the larger group.Then I'm guessing it's normal for someone with face piercings to be a waitress now. Wasn't use to that. Yes I have familymembers with piercings and tattoos but didn't expect cracker barrel to have them face to face with customers. New normal, okservice and metal pieces in their face. Read more
Eat at this location often. May it be dine in or pick up. The food is great. If we order to pick up our order is right and just... as good as if in dining area eating. Even making sure you have all the proper condiments. As 4 dining in, the servers are allfriendly and well qualified. We always like to eat at long timer Cyndi's section, who's been with CB for 11yrs. She has greatattitude and tries to take doing the CB way sincere at heart with her job. They are reasonably priced. here. Never have had abad meal. From fish to pancakes its always good! Read more
Wife and I came here at 10:15am today (Saturday June 4, 2022); they were busy but the wait was only 15 minutes or so. Staff was... very pleasant, but once we were seated it took about another 15 minutes for our waitress. I'm not complaining about the waitressshe was friendly and professional. We ordered coffee and water to start and placed our order since we knew what we wanted. Ourcoffee was brought out, and it had chocolate or something all over the outside. We decided to leave. I understand mistakeshappen but if we're brought a VERY OBVIOUSLY dirty coffee cup I can only imagine the rest of our meal. 1 star for experienceplus 1 for the staff. Can't give more than that. This is the 3rd time I have tried getting food here.12-1-2022 @ 14:00 hours I placed my first call wich went thru, just to be... put on hold.Tried back 1 more time with a bunch of giggling going on when the ph was answered.I decided to try to orderonline.10 min or so and i thought i was ????.I hit pay, just to be sent to a blank page . I try that one more time for the sameresults and then call two more times for the same results. it's a Thursday at 2:00 in the afternoon?
