I arrived about 6:30 pm. It was my birthday and wanted a banana split. They didn't have any bananas. So... I went to the... grocery store and bought some. I went back and handed him one. He started to fix it. Then he notices no fudge. So... nobanana split. That sure was a disappointment. With that said, this is a problem with the supervisor and/or management, not thenice staff doing what he could. I appreciate his effort. Read more
I thought the automated voice on the drive thru was the operator... And said "you have a beautiful voice, omgoodness!" She... handled it well, it was funny... Point is-service is good and the people are personable... Which is satisfied in this day inage. Read more
I anticipated this location being built as soon as I noticed it was gonna be our west side dunkin and the one being convenient... for euharlee/taylorsville residents. I been here at least a couple hundred times and maybe only had 2 complaints thru all thosetimes. Drinks are always on point especially when Julianna makes it. She's quick and efficient and knows her regulars prettywell. I highly recommend her and this Dunkin compared to all other locations I visit. Read more
Great customer service! Lack of variety of donuts at 1:30 pm is why I only gave a 3 star rating. I'm not sure that they even had... a dozen donuts in the case. I will update the next time I go. Read more
Really good cup of coffee from this place. If you're in the area this is definitely a dunkin you want to visit! Very clean and... outstanding drinks. The seating was a little uncomfortable with the sun in our eyes and no sunshade on the windows. Read more
Not my favorite Dunkin. Could have just been a bad day but the serve who checked me out was kind but the woman making drinks and... what not was rude and seemed grumpy. That?s not why I removed two stars. My ice smelled?.weird. Very weird. The coffee itselfseemed fine. Ordered 2 doughnuts and 2 medium chocolate shakes, total was $18. The shakes were bitter as all get out and just about all milk.... They weren't even a little thick. The doughnuts were good but next time I will just go next door to Wendy's and get a frosty athalf the cost and it will taste so much better. Read more
Visited about 630 this morning. This restaurant is always immaculate, and the customer service is great. The food is usually... good, but this morning my avocado toast with roasted tomatoes was sub par. The tomatoes were all lumped in the middle of thebread, cold, and runny with cold water. There was nothing roasted about them. The bread was burnt. I also think that it wasridiculous that they charged me 50¢ for a little ice, when I had ordered a large holiday coffee. I don't know who made thetoast, but they need some more training---or an infusion of giving a damn about what they are doing. I haven't given up on thisDunkin'; I will update after my next visit.
