We love KFC the drive through attendants could be more personable. If you don't like ppl find a new job choice. Also, we didn't... check the bag vc we were rushed, however we never got our Gravy for the mashed potatoes. By the time I realized I was homefixing plates...I haven't written a bad review on KFC as their food is good but I will say a remodel won't help if you don'thave great service and provide what's the customer paid for... I don't feel like after spending 44$ and some change I shouldhave to check my bag like I do at McDonald's.. Read more

I run to KFC in Dogwood in Flowood, Ms. I ordered 2 of the 2 piece white meat extra crispy. I am in the drive through. I asked... for side of string beans and cole slaw. I got HORRIBLE regular dark meat. It tasted like it was cooked days ago. i hope I don?tget sick. Could not eat it all. Their sides, you need a magnifying glass to find them they are small. The Taco Bell service is sinful; all items were in error. One item was entirely smooshed out of it's tortilla and stuck to the... tinfoil; another taco was totally and entirely cracked, and upon contacting management, one was told that they couldn't doanything to fix it, and it "came from the supplier that way." Very unfortunate. The KFC food, however, was relatively on point.Over all a mixed bag, with some unfortunate features, and negligent management. Read more
They are very unprofessional. We went through the drive thru. We ordered the 6 piece breast family meal. We asked fo 1 cold slaw... 1 mashed potatoes and gravy and to substitute the other mashed potatoes for a Mac and cheese. When we got our order It was a 12piece tender meal. I took it back inside. They told me that they were out of the Breast,I asked could we get the 8 piece mealinstead in original recipe The lady took the first meal they gave us and then gave us what she said was a 8 piece originalrecipe. We get home and it turned out to be a 8 piece of crispy, two potatoes and gravy,&1 Mac and cheese. I will be tellingeveryone that I know how they messed up our order. Once is a honest mistake but to mess it up the way they did the second time Ibelieve was intentional. From now on when I visit CARTHAGE MS. the last place I will eat is K F C. Read more
I have ordered from this KFC on many different times of the day. I am not sure why, but when we place order through drive thru,... we get original recipe chicken! I never order original recipe, I can make that at home myself. I go to KFC for their extracrispy and that's what we order. I will say this though, usually very nice employees, they fix the order when you bring it backin and they try to get the food out quick. I have only received food once from here that looked and tasted reheated. They justopened that day, so I am guessing it probably was. Most of the time the store is clean and restrooms are as well. Order came on time as scheduled. KFC meals are my favorite. Hood to the bone.
