I normally don?t dine in fast food restaurants. On the way home from Walnut Grove, I wasn?t too sure what I wanted. I was... craving chicken. In the distance, I seen this Popeyes. I came in and I was greeted by a person at the counter. I wasn?t too surehow many nuggets came with the meal. The worker told me the options available without hesitation. I live in Philadelphia Ms and I love Popeyes. But every single time I go to the one in Philadelphia they always give me mild... tenders when I ordered spicy. The mild has a taste I really don't like. They try to say it's spicy but I can taste thedifference and when I tell them they then say oh we're out of spicy. So decided to drive the extra mile to Carthage Popeye's.OMG!! I Will be making the extra drive from now on. The people there are friendly and customer service outstanding. The food isawesome and the best I've had our of all the Popeye's I've eaten at. And I've eaten ALOT of Popeye's. Popeye's is my passionlol. Carthage Popeye's is by far the best. Read more
Great! While I was there... a woman approached the counter to place an order. She was having trouble with her speech, maybe some... type of impairment. The representative for the store was very nice and helped her with the order. It is nice to know there arepeople in customer service that are patient and willing to help. Read more
Tonight's meal seemed old to me. The fries were cold and chewy, the meat firm and greasy and the slaw had an old smell. Normally... everything has been great, so this visit was disappointing. Read more
