Good food and fast service, as expected. Clean dining room and courteous personal. I was very pleased with my visit.
My husband and I went through the drive thru to get two beef and cheddars $7. I wanted a small curly fry too which the menu... showed $1.69. We ordered a med Dr Pepper $2.29 and a large water. They were out of Dr Pepper so I got Coke. Our bill came toover $15! They charged me $2.09 for the fries and when I said something , I was told the price went up. From the time we pulledto the window???? We also were charged $2.69 for WATER!! When I asked about the water we were told that was the cost of thecup!!!. That is absolutely ridiculous! My Coke cost less than the water!! There was no offer to adjust the cost of the frieswhen they were advertised wrong. Nor did the manager come up to the window. We had to relay everything to the young girl.Terrible customer service. Will not visit again. ???????????? Read more
The food is good but I would recommend to change the mike at drive through as when me and my husband were making the order, the... woman working there said that she cannot hear us and asked to speak louder. We did but she didn?t hear us much better, so myhusband started to be even louder and the woman said not to yell at her. This is weird. Read more
This store is lucky to have a new director who obviously understands customers' needs. Just met Ozzie on our way thru town last... week and immediately knew he was good at his job and committed to having customers return. Tried the hushpuppy battered fish. Itwas ok, we just know we'll stick to the regular offerings next visit. Read more
I placed my order and was told, sorry we're out of Turkey. So, I placed my order again and I was told, sorry we're out of... ham....so I order a Gyro, which I really didn't want and I left. I thought Arby's slogan is, "We have got the meats"....justnot the other day on Aug. 10th, 2022. I guess I'll have to contribute the lack of meat to supply chain issues. Better luck nexttime I guess. Super clean, friendly service. Shake machine out of order because of supply chain hiccup, but that wasn't their fault. Double... beef and cheddar was hot, fresh, and awesome. Keep up the good work! Read more
Apparently short-handed today, the staff still did a great job even though there was a little wait appearing to be mainly due to... 2 large parties before me & a constant flow of drive thru orders. Pat is such a funny & feisty lady, she made the wait go byfast. Once my order was taken, my food came up quickly, my order was correct and the food was delicious!!!! Read more
