I don?t normally leave bad reviews, but after giving this Burger King 3 chances, I feel like they have had plenty of chances to... regain my business, however I will be going elsewhere from now on. We usually go here around 7pm and have yet to have a goodexperience. The quality of food is awful, the quality of service has only been good once in the last 3 visits, and the one timewe dined in the store was a mess. I understand places get busy and some customers are rude and make messes that the pooremployees are expect to clean up. But, when there is employees standing around visiting, they should probably be cleaning up themesses. As someone in a wheelchair I appreciate how Wheelchair Friendly the Lobby and restrooms are! Update: while they have updated the building, the staff clearly does not want to be there. I got my own drink cups from behind... the counter, they had no idea what to do with a mobile order, and they ignored people at the counter wanting to place anorder. Old gross dirty building with sticky surfaces, a leaking roof, and broken tables taped off. This building really needsto be torn down and rebuilt. It's disgusting. I really enjoy coming here to eat. The staff is always very nice and the store is always clean.
Based on my experience here (we don't go often as we are from out of town) I have to rate 5/5. The staff is always extremely... polite with very helpful service. Today we were just passing through and stopped for a quick snack and the kids played in theplay area, which was great on a cool rainy day. The store was very clean and the service was fast. Read more

Okay so this is my local Burger King.I am a super huge fan of the famous whopper.. and now with their new royalties rewards i... get my Whopper for an even better discount. And check out the remodel they just did. Its amazing! So nice and clean even thebathrooms look great! And it's like that every time I come.I moved away 10 years ago and just recently moved back.I was sosurprised when I walked in the doors what a wonderful huge turn around. I love that you have that Coke machine with all thedifferent flavors of soda. And the staff is absolutely wonderful. I am very impressed with everything.
