The server came just in time. We didn't wait too long even though they were busy. Food was good. Well worth the wait.
My husband and I moved here and don't know the area that well and we called the wrong location on accident. So we did the nice... thing and called them to tell them we had made a mistake and called the wrong place. The girl on the phone was very rude. Shesaid to my husband "ugh don't tell me that " when he said he had called the wrong one. He said I am sorry , then she said well Iwill have to pay for this now. My husband again said he was sorry then she hung up on him. This is so unprofessional and rude.We could have not called at all and said nothing. Then when I tried to call back to ask for a manager no one answered. Againunprofessional. They need to hire people that care and are not rude. Read more
I could've got the same dinner from the frozen section of the grocery store! The beans would've been sufficiently microwaved at... least. I sat for at least 10 minutes with my empty margarita glass on the edge of my table before my waiter stopped looking athis phone. I've been to the original El Charro and I think the founders would be embarrassed to have this place representthem. I always tip, I tip well when the food and service is good, no tip today! Read more
A few years back I had given up on this el charros and recently decided to give it another chance, and let me tell you I am so... glad I did! They have changed locations since my last visit and it's very nice. The staff was so polite and gave us top notchservice. The food was out of this world. Very fresh very authentic and simply amazing. I came in and received open and good hospitality. Good people and grate food. Staff was excellent and beautiful family... atmosphere. Customer satisfaction seems to be there #1 priority. Being out of state and an over the road truck driver, a placelike this is hard to find. Definitely will come back again. Read more
Maybe not the quiet date place but the family will love it, it's a bit on the loud side. That said, the food is fantastic,... plates are big too so bring an appetite. Read more
