This is our normal stop for dinner when we are headed up 49. Not anymore. Three weeks ago we were there for 15 minutes and... still left before my order was even taken, and there was no one ahead of me. By the time someone came to take my order hedidn?t know how to do it so the drive thru person had to come help, but she took forever and then asked the other guy if he knewhow to drop fries, which meant that would be at least another 15 minutes so I left. Tonight I was at the counter 5 minutesbefore the one guy that was behind the counter and working the drive thru took my order. There was one car at the drive thruwindow. I could see my food in the warmer and the fries were getting cold but it took him 10 minutes to put it in a bag andhand it to me. It was seriously ridiculous. If you don?t have enough employees or employees who care about getting peopletheir food before it is cold, don?t open. We will not be back. The ONE star is only because you had a working bathroom. Not satisfied this morning. Staff not friendly, food was terribly, sorry but not a good way to start a Monday morning. Not... kidding. Bathroom break, unsettling stomach. I hate making bad reviews. Read more
We ordered ham, egg crossaint and the eggs had gray blue spots all over the eggs. Looked like mold, not sure what it was all... over the eggs took back. Their staff is just aren't friendly. Never going back. Been thru here many times over the past few years just keeps getting worse. Last time the Mgr misrang my order... then waited 10 min for burger. There were 2 families waiting longer than me. It was 11:15. Time before I waited 10 minutes forbiscuits in drive thru. Went in and raised hell. Same Mgr said they ran out of biscuits. Ordered 2 omelette biscuit's was worst we've ever had very poor quality compared to other Hardee's we've eaten at my husband... didn't even eat his. Read more
Picked Hardee's at the spur of the moment. Wasn't very busy, so our order came quick. We watched them make the fries so they... were hot and fresh. The burgers and chicken was very tasty. Had smaller ones with us and they accommodated our orders. Will goback again next time we pass that way again. Read more
First time I've ever had chicken tenders fresh out of the fryer! Outstanding! Counter help was very polite and we got our orders... in a timely manner. It appears that people actually enjoy their jobs here! WTG Hardee's! Read more
Super slow service and poor attitudes by staff. The food was abysmal!!!
