I paid for extra meat and cheese with no lettuce and tomatoes and still got tomatoes no extra meat and no extra cheese!!!
Pizza was hot and fresh. Would've given 5 stars, but they force you to pay for cheese and peppers now. I can't imagine a couple... of packets would ruin their margins. Read more

While visiting the Carthage MO area, we chose to have Pizza Hut delivered to the rental property, where we were staying. Our... order was made exactly as ordered. It arrived in a timely manner. Placed an order via the app, no problems. When I went to pick up my order, I sat at the window for several minutes before... someone approached. They asked for my name, which I gave, then they walked away. Another few minutes goes by and the same personasks for my name again, which I gave again. After another minute or so, a new employee opens the window and tells me they areout of pan crust and have to make one of my 2 pizzas with another crust. That should have been handled as soon as I arrived. Ithen had to wait for my 2nd pizza for well over 20-25 minutes and when I received it, it was cold and not well made. I was alsonot offered a refund or any compensation for the awful service and product. Clearly, better management is needed. I could tellmany other customers also were having issues with their orders as well while I waited for mine. Read more
Waited over an hour and this is 2nd time our pizza has came dry and almost no sauce. The moisture it has is grease from the... pepperoni. Our specialty pizza fared a bit better this time but it was my kids asking for pizza and theirs was the one ruined.Delivery drivers are always fast and very friendly at least. Read more
Had to wait to be seated, staff member said she needed to clean a table for us , there were 3 tables occupied with customers... when i walked in. Salad bar was either empty or had gross veggies in the container. In stead of verity 1st round out of the ovenwas all thick crust..25 min later all thin crust. Had to track down some one for water refill for my pregnant daughter. Cashierhad her back to me, she was looking at the kitchen and not the dinning room. Read more
Good people and good food. Deals are a little wonky but management goes above and beyond with their staff!
