I think Sonic needs to hire adults not kids. Because every time I've been there they've been slow I've had to wait 30 to 40... minutes for my food half the time you can't get the to work sometimes you get cold food and some of the managers don't know howto treat their employees or they take the word of other employees over somebody that's being honest. The food was hot, not that good though. Workers were talking trash right in-front of our faces. Bad customer service, Forgot all... of our sauces, even on the order was our sauce but still forgot it. Not my first choice, Mcdonalds, Long John Silvers, Boomers,Subway, and many more are so much better then THIS sonic. Read more

The food is good but everytime we come to this Sonic they never put a cherry in the cherry limeade even though I have called and... talked to a manager and was told they are supposed to. Sometimes I will even request extra real cherries and they will charge mefor them but not even pit 1 in the cup. Read more
Certain things that could be fixed have not been. We've ordered the same meals numerous times and this specific location seems... to ignore what's on the ticket and fix something completely different. We talked to the management and I hope that some changestake place, because after numerous chances, they were consistently bringing out the wrong food. I?ll give them the benefit of the doubt and give them 3 stars, because their service is generally pretty good. Today, not so... much. Between the time I pushed the button and when my order was taken, more then ten minutes had elapsed. Also, several of thethe kiosk spots don?t even work. You may pull into one, only to find the screen is blank or it says it?s offline. I think theirsystem may need some upgrades. Read more
