I mobile order about once a week for lunch during work. I have always loved Tropical Smoothie, because of the real ingredients... and customization options. The Carthage location is great. Always friendly, fast, and my order has never been wrong. I had towrite a review this time because when I got my mobile order (a Dragonfruit smoothie) an employee had drawn this awesome dragonon my cup. It?s such a small thing but it really made my day! Prices are a little high.... Smoothies are good... The only problem I ever had is I don't know if it's a owner or manager but... it's an older gentleman & and this guy seems like he hates his life, He has a customer service of a brick for customers... Everytime I go I hope that he's not there at the window. It just kind of ruins the visit.... You can see his presents in therestaurant, even the employees seem depressed when he's there... Read more

I have never walked out of a place with such disappointment in my life. Simply wanted to enjoy my birthday morning, grab a... smoothie and go. Was immediately judged and told to leave when I refused to show a fake service dog card for my REAL SERVICEANIMAL.
