Food barely warm. 11$ for burger and cold fries, sprite tasted like seltzer water. Can't believe I gave this place a try again.

We stopped at this Wendy's location for a late lunch during a road trip. First stop was the bathroom, which was in pretty rough... shape. The toilet wouldn't flush and it needed cleaning. We were the only customers there but the restaurant hadn't been cleanedfrom the lunch rush. None of the tables had been wiped down. Our food was fine. The burgers were great but the fries had beensitting out for awhile and were cold. The employees were talking loud enough behind the counter that we now know all about theirboyfriends and personal issues. Unpleasant experience. We like Wendy's but will probably try another location next time. Read more
I was rather disappointed on this visit. Service was lacking and the food was fair. The on-duty manager needs to get a better... focus and attitude towards customers. I can't really recommend this restaurant. Read more
Order was not as expected, order 4 for 4 and 2as given spicy nuggets rather than original, I thought I was getting a Jr bacon... cheeseburger, but got a Jr cheeseburger (might have miss read the menu) but I can't have onions but was able to pull them off. Could be worse. Read more
This location just cannot put out good food. Even with mobile order, they can't make the correct food lol. But seriously. Only... car in the drive thru- mobile order so everything is in writing- wait 7 or more minutes.... the fries were cold out the window,the chicken nuggets were cold and fried in old oil (taste rancid), the sandwiches weren't to order, the meat was cold. Stopped here for take out on a long drive from Kansas City to Arkansas. This must be an original Wendy's location because it... was run-down and in need of a good cleanup and fresh coat of paint. The staff was doing their best but things seemeddisorganized. My double cheeseburger was ok. Their point-of-sale system wasn't working properly so I had to pay cash. Thankfully I was carrying cash that day. Read more
Always like to eat at Wendy's. Hadn't been to one since retiring from truck driving. Still as good
