I ordered a meal and asked for chili cheese fries with it and these people proceeded to tell me they couldn?t do that. First off... I didn?t care what it costed me because I knew it would cost more. Any other sonic would have up charged it to a chili cheesefry. Second my Dr. Pepper was supposed to be diet Dr Pepper with cherry and vanilla. Not regular Dr Pepper with just cherry. Thelittle girl named Bailee who brought the food out was rude as all get out when I said what was wrong with my order and didn?twant to fool with it. Meal seemed simple. Chicken sandwich. Tater tots. Jalapeño poppers. The server was super nice and friendly, but the food was... atrocious. The chicken sandwich was all bread, and what meat was on it was dried out and semi-burned. The tots were over-cookedand hard and the poppers weren't even cooked through all the way. This meal was over 20$ and I wouldn't have paid 5$ for it. Iwon't be back. Read more
I stopped in to get a real fruit strawberry slushie on happy hour and guess what I was charged almost $3 I didn't look at the... menu like I should have because the prices have gone up like every where else. But I still enjoyed my slushie. Read more
This is the most disgusting food ever! You can?t even eat it! Over cooked and appears to have been sitting for a period of time!
Normally I love this place and I'll change my review if the service changes. However my last visit I pulled into a stall and it... wasn't busy at all. It started going wrong the minute I hit the button that took a long time for them to answer. When they tookmy order, I had to repeat everything like several times it was almost comical; I thought someone was messing with me. And thenafter the order was placed finally I waited and waited for 26 minutes for my food which consisted of only one meal an extra sideitem, two large drinks and a milkshake. And after they finally brought my food out with no milkshake, they tell me their icecream machine is down but they can make a blast (which uses ice cream so they could have made a milkshake. I know this because Ihave I used to work there) so I had to wait another 4 to 5 minutes for my blast. And the carhop didn't apologize for it beinglate, wasn't in a rush at all with any cars that she delivered to. She didn't even smile, I still tipped her because that's whatI do & then she didn't give me my receipt. And then the food wasn't even hot but I ate it anyways. Horrible experience!!! I knowthe owners will be upset about this review but they should be more upset about their staff and the poor service and quality offood. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I?m convinced the only reason they still get business is because of convenience of location. I ordered... honey bbq boneless wings and tots, tots were fine other than the fact they tasted like they had been fried and refried. My mainissue though is w the boneless bbq wings, these are definitely not as advertised- I was under the impression they were supposedto be covered in sauce. That?s what the menu shows and what I receive at any other location. Very unhappy. My boyfriend ordereda number 2 w no onions and no Mayo, he received a ton of lettuce and tons of Mayo. Not what he asked for. Extremely overpricedfor quality of food and service. Won?t be going back if I have a choice. Every time we come here they mess something up. Also,there?s a lot of loitering going on in the parking lot, making it hard to navigate and causing safety issues for drivers andpedestrians. Read more
I should have known this was going to be a catastrophe from the start. The guy in the drive thru acted like I was speaking... Spanish and had to get someone else involved in taking my order, then my order took forever to complete and finally itdefinitely wasn't as advertised. How are these two things the same??? Food was terrible. Ordered a hot dog and tater tots. The hot dog was hard and not warm, as was the bun. The tater tots tasted... like fish and were also very hard. The sweet tea tasted old. I have never been to a Sonic that was bad like this. I askedthem to replace the hot dog with a hamburger. After waiting 10 minutes I gave up! I gave them an opportunity to make it rightand they were not busy, but they ignored me. Not returning. Read more
