Service is usually good but too many mistakes with orders. Today it was cold omelette bites.
The staff is horrible. I was asked to wait a moment at the drive thru speaker, I did. A few minutes later the woman came back... with ?uh? are you all set orrrrr?.? So I said ?no, you asked me to wait. I?m picking up a mobile order.? She asked for my name,I gave it to her and she responded with ?well we don?t have the bagel so?.? I asked ?you don?t have bagels?? And was met withmore attitude as she said ?we don?t have PLAIN bagels?? I asked if she could just take it off the order then and she said ?youcan call them but no.? I understand if that can?t be done but this woman?s attitude and tone was insane. Not once did sheapologize for it or offer a substitution. I finally had to ask her what I could replace it with and she listed their bagelsclearly annoyed. I picked another, also annoyed at this point, and she responded with ?ok.? Then went silent. I sat there forlike 30 seconds waiting for her to tell me if I was all set, I even at one point said ?am I good??, when she came back with ?areyou gonna drive up to the window?!?? I got to the window and as it opened I heard the first woman trash talking me inside. Thewoman at the window asked if I only had coffees, before I could even answer she was telling me to have a great day and going toclose the window. I explained no and tried to tell her what else I had but she immediately talked over me getting louder everytime I tried to speak. She then closed the window in my face as I was still trying to speak. She brought a bag over and shovedit out the window and went to close it without a word, I looked through the bag to make sure I had everything and she opened itagain annoyed I hadn?t left, I pointed out I had a donut I?d ordered that wasn?t in the bag, she rolled her eyes, asked whatkind, and walked off. When she came back she opened the window like an inch and a half and actively jammed my donut through thewindow crushing it into little bits. This is small Dunkins across from Carver Elementary school, has both drive in & go into shop availability right now. When I was... there it was congested, but still got order in record time. Do people really not tip ?? Girl seemed unsure,like not used togetting it...that's just wrong. You order in minutes & expect perfect food by the time your vehicle gets from order station topick up window (maybe 15ft?) Read more
While normally we have no issues here, we ordered assorted donuts and the staff snuck one of the Ghost Pepper Donuts into our... box, where my wife almost choked on it. I called and the manager never called me back. Staff refused to give me the owner'scontact number so I could discuss this with them. This should be a "special request" donut only. Why put that in with assorteddonuts and not tell anyone. Read more
I'd like to give it 1 out of 5 stars because my order is correct about 20%of the time. There's nothing more frustrating than... being agrivated first thing in the morning because you get a coffee when you say hot chocolate and they repeat it back to you.Mobile orders are almost never complete, and I don't mean if they are out of something, there's just things missing. I havegiven dunks about 10 chances to fix this, but I will not go back. I'm done being pushed off at 7AM because people can't do theirjobs. Read more
