So today was my first time at this Honey Dew location. I had a disappointing experience with a young girl. I had ordered a... Mocha Madness, chocolate raspberry, cream only with 1 pump of chocolate syrup becuase I like it a little sweeter than theoriginal Mocha Madness. She made me feel rushed so I kind of blurted it out as quickly as I could as she was already turningaround to make it before I was finished ordering. It was not that busy so I was confused about the rush. She put the coffee onthe counter and I asked if it was a Mocha Madness and she said no you asked for chocolate syrup. I said no I wanted a MochaMadness with Chocolate syrup. (Mind you I was polite and not condescending or anything. I am very careful to make sure I amrespectful to people working in customer service as they have to deal with a lot of entitled jerks on the regular.) So she seemsaggravated by this, swipes my coffee off the counter and then makes a mocha and angrily pumps 3 pumps of Mocha into it. I knewthis was going to be way to sweet but I tried it anyway to see if I could handle it and not ask for the coffee a third time. Itwas way to sweet for me so I stood at the counter and waited for someone to be free to speak with me. Again I am making sure tonot seem aggravated. She takes one look at me and loudly says omg and walks the other way. I had asked why she was being rudeand said I just wanted what I had ordered to the other girl who had to help me since the original one had walked away. Theother girl made it just fine and responded not to worry about it. It was so disappointing to be treated like that when all Iwanted was what I ordered. Mistakes happen and wires were crossed. I was not upset about the mistakes so I am not sure why Ireceived the attitude I did. Read more
Terrible. Very rude when asking for order . Didn?t even cook the breakfast sandwich-cold and one girl pretty much threw it out... the window at my husband. Won?t be going back. Read more
Love this place! They always remember what i order so I don?t even have to tell them how to make it. Always the way I like it!... If I do get a pastry or bagel I think it?s better than some other place that?s always packed and screws everything up which iswhy I started going here. They workers are great, foods good and my drink is always right! Read more
The girls are wonderful, they give the greatest service. The coffee is always fresh and made correctly. The wait is never more... than a few minutes, they hustle to make sure they are giving great customer service. I HIGHLY recommend you swing in and get afresh coffee made your way. Read more

I go to this honey dew daily and I won't go anywhere else the coffee is always made just the way I like it and the coconut... donuts are to die for and the girls are the best I would recommend coming here you will always feel welcomed GREAT JOB HONEY DEW???? Read more
Lol if you ever wonder why there's a 25 minute wait at dunkin and not a single person in line at this honey dew it's not because... of product. The young girl on the speaker has clearly never worked customer service and is rude and irritable sounding as youorder. She didn't seem to know their products or what is offered and made you feel incredibly unwelcome while ordering. I feelbad for the owners as maybe they don't know their employees are running their business into the ground. Read more
