No complaints about the food. I usually order a small cheese pizza and maybe a diet coke and it?s pretty good. My only issue is... that the delivery wait times vary. I could wait 30 minutes and it would get here. Sometimes an hour and a half. Then there wasthe time I waited 3 hours and had to call and ask where it was. Only other thing was last time I ordered I gave the money andthey said it was like $16 something. I gave them a $20 and didn?t get change. I was just taken aback but a little under $4 isn?ta huge difference. I still order from there because as long as I get food, I?m happy. Ordered cheese pizza chicken tenders meal and grilled chicken salad. To start the phone call when ordering should of been enough... to know not to order from there but they had decent reviews. The lady sounded like she was nodding out on the phone when I gotthere made perfect sense after seeing her appearance she was clearly on drugs. The food was absolutely disgusting on top of itthe chicken tenders tasted like dirty old grease like they have not changed the fryer in awhile. The pizza had whole leaves ofbasil I believe on it under the cheese and was horrible the crust was extra greasy as well. Love Santoros, but what's with no Tomatoes or Greek olives in my Greek salad?! Takeout food is expensive enough, so can't we... get a proper Greek Salad? The dressing is still the best I've ever had anywhere, but give us a real full salad, please. Read more

So I?m terribly disappointed today with this place. I come here all the time. My daughter orders for me all the time. Today I... placed an order at 5:40. Man on phone repeated some of the order to me ie: tomatoes, toasted etc.. than told me number 67 about25 minutes. Myself and my husband got there at 6:10 pm. I can see him from my car, no one else is in place, just him. So insidewasn?t really busy, not to say they weren?t busy with phone orders, I don?t know. He waited about 10 minutes for someone to evenacknowledge him. The cook asked him, what his order was? He told him. And he said no order for it, no slip. The girl asks himwhat he ordered, again he tells her, no order. They tell him if he waits they can do it. My husband returns to car to tell mewhat?s going on. And I tell him we have waited long enough. So I look at my cell phone and yes it?s their number, so I get outof car and show them how I called them at 5:40. At this point they could have said sorry and things would have been ok, but no,now all of a sudden no one knows Santoros phone number, so I hit dial it rings. Again I hear I?m not sure that?s our number,again I hit dial it rings again, and I said pick it up it?s me. I hit dial again just to prove a point. Guy says if you wait wecan make your food. Girl asks again what we ordered for a third time. I said don?t bother I?ll just never come here again. Ifpeople working there do not want to be there, maybe they shouldn?t work there. Maybe they should have handled this a bitdifferent. You lost a customer that has been going to Santoros for years. Or maybe they just wanted to eat food we ordered, Idon?t know.
