This place was highly recommended for fish tacos. Mine were mediocre with greasy fish. My mom's enchiladas were even worse than... my tacos, but my husband's torta was the worst. He has to throw it away after one bite as the steak smelled and was clearly bad.We had high hopes for this place but will not be back. Read more
Fantastic taco joint. Great friendly staff. Usual order is either Tacos tripas (crispy) or lengua. Both realllllly tasty. But... have thought about trying the Pozole. Got to restaurant at like 9:50am. They open at 10:00am. Didn't mind standing and waiting.People who get there early and get salty there not open yet are jacka**es. The owner was there alone came to door and was niceenough to open for me. We stated talking about his Pozole. Told him I'm a Pozole fiend. He gave me a little bowl to taste. Wow !Great flavor. Such fruitiness and spice from the various chillies. And tender chunks of pork. I cant wait to taste with theaccompaniments. Theres are onion, lettuce, dried chillies limes and tostada flat chips. I do like radish,chicharons and cabbagetoo. But his way I'm sure is going to be tasty as all heck. Update: Oh yes. Perfect for a -9°F. Ordered the Pozole. Fantasticas I said. All there food here is delicious, they make there Churros when ordered so there fresh, staff has always been very nice.
