This Dunkin is not a good option after 8am because they are always out of things by then. I've tried to go here between 11:00 &... 1:00 six different times for cold brew coffee and they have been out. I finally asked them about it and was told they sell outevery morning... So prepare better and make more. There's a cold brew promo right now too so that's even more frustrating. Andthe donut selection is limited most of the time also. Order ahead through the app, when we got there there was 2 cars between us and the order screen. Took 15 min from start to... finish and when we got to the window, only 2 things in our order were ready and I had to remind them what was in our order. Iwish this was the first time this has been our experience at this particular location but this is what it's like everytime we'vegone here. Read more

Discourteous employees. Asked for an ice coffee with some cream and got more cream than coffee. Stuff like that happens, so I... politely asked for a bit more coffee. Got the coffee, but no apology, no thank you, no nothing. Interesting, I was the onlycustomer in the store and there were no customers in the drive-thru. Now I know why! Read more
Wish I could review lower, there?s a reason why this place has so many bad reviews. The owner smells horrible and has awful... hygiene. They charge 5 dollars for an Avacado toast and can?t even bother to fill the toast like they do at every other Dunkin.Too lazy to even place the bacon on top. Customer service is bad and the girls working there are bad mannered. When we asked ifthey could at least fill the toast with bacon they said no unless we paid more. They preferred to throw out all 3 toasts andrefund the money rather than trying to fix the problem. What a waste of food, and time. Very unprofessional. Read more
I went to this Dunkin Donuts on Sunday 3/27. I walked in with my friend and her son. We placed our order. When I ordered the... Avocado toast I was informed that they did not have any avocado so I ordered something else. I also ordered a warm caramelsalted latte. I paid the bill and sat down with my friends. The girl behind the counter came over and informed me that I couldnot have a latte, because the machine was broken. I ordered a regular hot coffee. While I was sitting with my friends eatingwhat we ordered and drinking our coffee when the girl came over to our table and informed us that they were going to close at1:00 P.M on a Sunday afternoon because they did not have any employees to work there were three girls working behind thecounter. It was 12:55P.M. so we took our coffees and left. I have been a Dunkin Donuts customer for a long time. I would nevergo back to this Dunkin Donuts ever again. staff is nice, but coffee at this location is always incredibly bitter compared to other locations (iced coffee w/ cream+sugar).... guessing it?s either because they don?t follow the suggested amounts or machines aren?t cleaned properly. Read more
