Everything is sticky, there was no hand sanitizer in their many dispensers, and there was no soap in the bathroom. The food is... often pretty good, but the cleanliness of the restaurant makes me question how sanitary the food can be. Workers were supernice, though. Read more
Exceptional service!! Bobby went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was top notch. Customer service with a personal... touch is a rare find these days. Food was excellent and appropriately timed. Couldn?t be more pleased with our experience. Afterwe left, our 4 year old said he wanted to go back to see Mr. Bobby and eat the tasty food! I got takeout and it was pretty fast, but one woman came in after me and demanded to be served right away. She got her milkshake... very quickly while I had to wait awhile. But the vegefi burger was delicious, and my boyfriend?s chicken tenders were reallygood. Read more
I used to love BurgerFi. Ice tea brewer has been "broken for months" according to a staff member. You have to order using a... clunky touch screen. Burger ok with warm but not hot fries and no ice tea Probably just this location. Read more

Waited 45 mins and the one guy working to check orders ended up giving our order to another person. We did not find this out... until going and asking on our order status. It was his only job. Then he made a rude comment about how it?s a chance you take ina free market. That is not the correct response when a customer is upset and has not received their order.
