Would love to rate higher, for awhile this was our “go-to” pizza and wing place, but the last several times we have ordered... there has been a decline in reliability - didn’t receive an online order, order ready 20 minutes after promised, and mostrecently showing up at the restaurant 40 minutes after order (told 30 minutes) and after arriving at the restaurant told theyjust received my order 5 minutes ago so it’s going to be 20 minutes at least. Ordered a couple pizzas for dinner, admittedly close to when they stopped taking orders, they cancelled the order and still... charged the card we used. It's fine to cancel the order if its over the acceptable time, it is NOT acceptable to cancel it ANDSTILL CHARGE US. Read more

Great food and great service the first time we ordered last week. Delivery went with out a hitch. However, we ordered through... Slice to be picked up tonight. Our order was supposed to be ready between 8:27-8:37. I walked in and our order was still sittingon the printer and hadn't even been made yet. I am having to sit here for 13 minutes while it is made. Close to $40 out of mypocket for dinner. I shouldn't have to wait nor should I be told that their iPad has been messing up all day when I my order wasjust sitting there as if someone wasn't doing their job. Do better! Update: Again, for the third time I am waiting for my order(6/30/22) after using the Slice app to order from this place. I get the notification that everything is ready and upon arrivalthey hadn't even gotten my order from the tablet. So, I am waiting while my order is prepped and cooked. The girl behind the counter super sweet but this is my 3rd time here & I loved my first 2 experiences but this one was a... disappointment. Miguel the guy making the food had such an attitude but my sandwich the chicken was hard & had a funny taste &spent $4.75 for cheese fries & they ran out of cheese...but like I said the girl was super sweet & tried to rectify thesituation but because I ordered online & to call 800 number & just so you know that is a chicken cheese steak hero & the friesthey gave me???????????????? This place is so good! The pizza is fresh and the Philly cheese steaks are to die for. We got their Buffalo chicken pizza and a... veggie pizza they were both so delicious. The store is super clean and the owner was very kind to us. We ordered a lot of foodand it came out very quickly and to our exact order. Cappolla’s has the best and yummy Philly cheese steak sandwich in Cary. 12 and 6 inch. The prices are affordable. I have been... to this location many times, all the time they have a great service, workers are friendly. They have Pizza, I prefer the VeggiePizza. For people who eat Halal meat this is the place for quick bite. They have high chairs for babies. The parking is free. Read more
Not great; not terrible. Just okay. When we visited, the toilets were broken and the place had an unpleasant smell combining... stale garlic and wet cardboard. Their pizza also seems to have declined in quality over the last few years: it’s greasierthan I remember, as well as excessively salty. Read more
