Did an online order for 2 pan pizzas, and was sent two hand tossed pizzas. I just recently got off work, was tired, and didn't... notice the box differences until my partner ate a slice and I realized that neither pizza was a pan. Tried calling the store tosee if I could just get a price change, because I didn't want to pay for pans when I had hand tossed, but was put on hold overand over for over 30 minutes, without a response. I just want the price changed and to not be overcharged, but I can't get ahold of anyone to help. The people who did answer didn't do anything but put me back on hold. I feel kind of ripped off,especially since one of the pizzas isn't even fully sauced and doesn't have a lot of toppings. Read more
I went online to order a pizza, because I just downloaded the app but it wasn't accepting my password. The website is currently... switching my language to Spanish and parts in English. I was adding ingredients to my pizza. I was able to choose dip sauce asone of the ingredients which was strange. The day before, I was able to opt for extra sauce, this day I was able to opt for dipsauce and so I ordered extra. After I placed the order I noticed my pizza was going to be dry. There wasnt extra sauce beingadded to my pizza . I picked up my pizza, low and behold, it was dry and also no extra cheese, no extra bacon added. Although,the pizza maker added more cheese and sauce to my already well done pizza which just made it look better but was still bad. I was driving and called to place an order directly with this store. I was trying to order 3 pizzas for pickup. I wanted the... managers special of a large 3 toppings for $7.99 but the girl I spoke with insisted I could only get this special online. Itried to explain to her that I always just call and there's no problem getting this special and that I was driving and couldn'tgo online to place an order. I told her that I am already on the phone couldn't she just take my order but she insisted I go online. What terrible customer service when a customer can't call and place an order and get the special so I went up the road andgot pizzas at Pizza Hut who were more then happy to take my order over the phone and have my business. We all get that there are times when you will need to remake a pizza because something went wrong when you fixed it the first... time. And we all understand that. But leaving a customer standing at the counter for over 5 minutes while everyone avoids eyecontact with him when he simply trying to find out where his order is that should have been ready 10 minutes ago isn't greatcustomer service. Take care of the customer standing there waiting for their food even if it's only to inform them of whathappened with their order. Don't leave them standing there while you ignore them in the hopes that they might go away eventhough you already have their money because they placed the order online. Read more
It just shouldn't take 2 hours to get a pizza on a Tuesday. I've never had a problem with this store in the past but seeing the... recent reviews, it's apparently gone down hill. I'm not sure why they bother to respond to said reviews with canned responses ifthere is no desire to fix the issues. Will not be ordering again. Read more
