I stopped on my way to work and got a decaf with caramel and cream. When it got to the bottom, all I started drinking was coffee... grinds, and that was so disgusting. I called back, and the store manager was out that day, and I spoke with one of the workers.When I got off work, I went back by and got another one to replace the first drink, and that one of course had coffee grinds inthe bottom as well. Probably not going there again. I ordered two pumpkin chais And was told their espresso machine was down. I said we didn?t order... espresso drinks. We were charged for espresso drinks they handed us two bags of food when we ordered one sandwich and thesandwich was frozen. Every time we go it takes at least 20 minutes for them to get our orders wrong, overcharged, undercooked orburned. The staff are all under 18 and don?t even know what English muffins are even though their signature sandwiches areEnglish muffins. Read more
Ordered two caramel lattes, was given two cups of milk with caramel. When I told them it was just milk and caramel they said it... was no it?s espresso, I never seen white coffee before. Then they just chuckled about it, I would recommend hiring qualifiedstaff or invest in some better training. Will not be back Read more
I am highly disappointed at the lack of customer service here. I came through the drive thru, only ordered 4 drinks and... munchkins and was told I?d have to come inside because they are timed. There was no value to me as a customer. They only caredabout their own value being timed on something. Also it was not a large order so I don?t understand what the issue was. And whenI questioned it I was given attitude and spoken down to. I will never come here again. Read more

I've been coming to this Dunkin a lot in the past two years and honestly it's only gotten better, specifically thanks to the... lady in the front counter, I think she told us her name was Emma. Anyways, she was very kind in welcoming my family in, andhonestly gave me the best coffee I've had in years, and I drink A LOT of coffee. It honestly seemed like Emma was carrying thisplace on her back, she definitely made me a life-time customer. Read more
