I went here one Saturday for lunch because my main go-to Asian Garden was closed at the time so I came here for lunch. The... interior is definitely visually pleasing with all the red and white color scheme. I ordered a large smokehouse brisket and macand cheese. When I walked out I noticed my mac and cheese was missing so I went back inside and said my mac and cheese wasmissing and they were pretty apologetic even though I wasn't remotely mad but just confused. The staff were pretty nice. I lovedthe smokehouse brisket and mac and cheese and it's the one I recommend the most and I definitely would come here again. Read more
Don?t go if you?re trying to eat. Showed up at 2pm on a weekend, well within business hours and they were closed.
I ordered a 4" tuna and an 8" Firehouse Hero for delivery. Both sandwiches arrived in the bag. Neither of the sandwiches had a... pickle with them (as stated on the site). I believe the pickles may have been taken out by the Grubhub driver (or his passenger- who actually brought the bag to my door) as the bag was not sealed and there were greasy finger all over the top of thebag. The sandwiches were delicious and I will order them again but not through a delivery service. I am only rating this order3 stars as I don't know if the pickles were not included or they were stolen by the driver/passenger. My mom and I were in the area for a visit. She had never been to a Firehouse Subs, so I was excited when I saw it. We had the... sandwich/side combos. She got mac&cheese with her sandwich. She was happy with the mac&cheese she had. I went with chili for myside order aspect of the combo. Great chili! Everything was hot and fresh for us. My mom loved the drink machine, once shefigured it out. She went back to try a few combos of drinks while we were there. Overall, we were happy with the food and staff! Read more
I ordered a large sub to go and was served what was the stalest bread possible. It was as dried out as a crouton as it had to... have been sitting on a shelf for days. I am amazed that anyone working food service would allow that out the door. I ended upthrowing it away just to make sure I didn?t get any kind of food born illness. Check your order before you leave if you arerisky enough to eat here. Read more
