Worst service ever! And rude owner response! I cant give 0 stars or else i would have. Really shocked at the customer server... interaction. The server was very annoyed when we sent the food back to the kitchen because the food had bacon. She literallytook 1 minute 14 seconds and came out with the plate. She literally removed the bacon and served us the same food. When Iconfronted her she said the waffles were already made and were sitting in the kitchen. My wife loves this place and she wasdisheartened about the fact that the server treated us like that. Never coming back here again. ALSO Your (owner) Response isvery rude. My wife ordered specifically eggs and waffles. Which took 20 minutes to come to our table. When we send the plateback it was corrected under 1 minute and 15 seconds. I would be happy to know why you have waffles sitting in the kitchen for20 min when you could have send our food right away. Are you giving the customer an illusion that their food is being madefresh ? which clearly is not. You should make amends to your mistake. I used to love coming here but in the last few months service has really declined. One of the servers actually rolled her eyes... at me a few days ago when I ordered a latte! Today I sat down and waited for a good while to be served?I had to ask for a glassof water twice! I love the food but this is no longer my go-to choice for brunch with friends. As a first-time customer I had a great experience. The ladies working there were very nice and helpful in suggesting things to... try. My coffee came out quickly and tasted good. The woman at the register was very friendly. I'll definitely go back again. Read more
Always delicious! The coffee is great, and there's a wide range of crepes, so there's almost always something to suit your mood.... I usually prefer the savory ones, the chicken and grilled onion one comes with these amazing seasoned bacon crumbles; so good.My daughter loves that her's comes with gelato. We always make a big deal about trying 3 or 4 of them to decide what kind shewants before ordering, even if she's already had all the flavors they have on offer. Can't beat the location either. WaverlyPlace is great! The playground is a lot of fun, but could use some shade on hot days. A lot of fun coming out here. Read more
