Service was very slow on 10/28/22 evening. There was only one person ahead of me waiting and I placed my order online ahead of... time so that it would be ready by the time I got there. I might as well had ordered when I arrived because that's when the younglady started making my hot subs. On top of all of that someone came in after me and received there hot order before me.Difficult to not take it personal. One of the employees offered to help the young lady fixing the hot food and she responded tohim with such annoyance. Made me feel uncomfortable. I won't be back to this location. Came in today and the staff was so engaging and friendly! Just hadn?t been into a sub shop in a whole. Just friendly... experience! Great subs too! Kids eat feee with chips and a drink on Sunday! I legit, always tip $4 - 5 for the guys and gals making my sandwich(es) for me and my family. So I stop in here today on way to... the park, order a club sandwich (comes with bacon) and dude puts two pieces of bacon on my sandwich BUT THEN looks up at me andtakes ONE OFF. I thought it was a joke and waited for him to fix his mistake. He never did. The club sandwich COMES WITH BACONand as you can see in the picture, they robbed me. Thats fine. I took it out of their tip by not giving any, and I won't ever beback at this location. So stupid of this place to lose a customer over 1 tiny slice of bacon but some people (me) take customerservice, seriously. 1 slice of bacon, folks. Read more
This is one of my standard go to places for a quick lunch or dinner. This location is clean and seldom crowded. Friendly and... efficient staff. The menu has a large selection of both hot and cold sandwiches. The food is always fresh and predictable,which is a good thing for fast food sandwiches ????. Read more
Today I had the WORST experience ever. I placed an online order and when I arrived at the location my order was not there. There... was one nice employee ( cool white dude with glasses ) whom seemed to believe me and was trying to help me figure out whathappened to my order. the guy who was in charged basically told me if I didn?t have a receipt i needed to leave. I went to mycar and called my card in which I had been charged $31 for the online order & I was able to confirm my order was placed at thehigh house location. Was able to speak with my bank and they refunded my funds after explaining what happened. After speakingwith bank I decided to go back into location and replace order. I requested for a specific person to make my subs and the personin charge asked me to leave and proceeded to lie and said I threaten him. In which I did not. I ask for his name to refer to whohelped me when I gave a call back to the manager in the morning regarding my order. He did not want to give me his name & thatwas ok. I didnt understand but I made no big deal of it. he proceeded to ask me to leave and called the police on me. & alsoproceeded to run out the door behind my car to get my tag information. Read more
