I would strongly encourage management to better hire and train your staff members. One young male employee in particular was... completely disrespectful and combative, which is unacceptable. The service was already slow and poor, so this was the icing onthe cake. You lost a customer. Read more

I appreciate the hard-working staff at this location. It feels good to be personally recognized by name as a patron, and Sarah... does that, even taking a moment to greet my daughter. While they can be overwhelmed with how slammed they get, it demonstratesthat their subs are above the rest. Read more

Ordered on the website. Both subs came with the same toppings even though one specifically had no onion, no tomato, no oil and... no vinegar. I want my 8 dollar sub to be correct, but I guess I?m asking too much. Read more

It?s gotten to the point where I?m afraid to order my food ahead because just about every time they mess up the order somehow.... When the food is right, it?s great, but when it?s wrong, it?s never just like a forgotten topping. It?ll be a completelydifferent sandwich. Really confusing and weird. Read more

Updating previous review because the owner of this location understaffs and still accepts online orders. The employees can't... even think straight because of how overwhelmed they are. I went into check on my order three different times and they were sobusy that I could only talk to someone on the third try. I told them if it's not ready I'd like to cancel it and I said thatfour times to two different people and all I could get was one person that said they're working on the order in the back. Ihave my dog with me who had surgery recently so I couldn't just wait around for an hour while I hoped to get a singlesandwich. There's no way to cancel or get a refund on the order unless you do it in the store you ordered it from so after 20min I left. Read more

Very disappointed today and will no longer patronize this location. When this location was a local franchise the customer... service and attention to detail (meaning orders were always right and sandwiches delicious) was 100% 5+ star rating. Howeversince it is now a corporate run store orders are rarely right. Today was the final straw. Ordered in person just 1 giant hotsandwich. The wait was 45 minutes AND when we arrived home we found the hot sandwich was sloppily assembled and was incorrect.If the manager actually reads this, the ticket # is 74915. The only reason I gave this 1 star is because 1 of the crew membersworking today is from the crew when this was a local franchise owned and operated. Sadly we will no longer patronize thislocation. I cannot say enough great things about this particular Jersey Mike?s. Mark and all the staff really make the difference and our... family visits almost every Sunday. The food is consistently delicious and it?s extremely clean for the amount of clients theyserve. We have been to other Jersey Mike?s locations and had a completely different experience.
