I am completely unsatisfied w the service the food etc. I came to this location well before it was closing time and the doors... were LOCKED (8pm). Clearly you door sign says you close at 9. I do NOT like writing bad reviews, but this is necessary. We usually frequent this location, but after today I?m done. Placed a... mobile order and tried to go through the drive through so I didn?t need to get my son out of his car seat and that was closed.Went inside and got my order and hardly any of the fountain drinks were working. No tea either. Didn?t offer me a bottle option.They also forgot one of my subs in the bag and I had to go back and ask for it. The employees seems super annoyed and don?twanna be there. I?m giving this location one star because there?s no way to not give them any. I?ve been there at 8:45pm (according to their... hours of operation they close at 9pm) and they always say they are close, I?ve tried ordering through Doordash at 8:30pm and gotmy order cancelled because they were ?closed? according to their staff, today I went at 8:10pm and they told me the grill wasalready clean so they could only make cold sandwiches. It is so irresponsable for them to have hours of operation set and makepeople come to their location, and see their staff literally talking and not doing anything (my guess is that they clean at 8 soat 9 o?clock they can leave) and not taking care of the orders or customers that try to come in and order. 4 people behind the counter, sandwich maker was just stacking toppings vertically. Not something she would make for herself.... Cutter was on a phone call with a friend. Sandwich was not cut through. I want to preface this by saying I am not a Karen, and I understand how it is to be understaffed and underpaid because I've been... there. I have been coming to this location for probably 15 years and it used to be fantastic, but at this point it's gonedownhill so much that I am done for good. Half the time they are closed when they should be open according to their postedhours. Drive thru closed, sign says come inside. Sure no problem, except sign on the door says they have no bread and won't beopen until later. When they are actually open, I have to watch them like a hawk to make sure my sub is made correctly. I makesure to slowly feed them info on how I want it so they don't get mixed up, but even then it seems like a struggle. I'm tired ofmy time being wasted on my lunch break if they're closed, and tired of having a poorly made $15 sub if they are open. I knowthey could care less if I don't come back, but I'm just trying to save other people's time and frustration. Read more

It says "Open" but it's not. A very nice fellow unlocked the door and told me that if I didn't have an online order, they could... not help me. Drive thru has been closed for weeks as well. Just was not very good.. at all? they make you feel rushed.. like you?re bothering them. Sandwich was thrown together and... missing ingredients.. didn?t taste very good. If I could take back going there I definitely would.. won?t be going back to thislocation. Read more

Very disappointed in the lack of service. I ordered ahead and tried to go through the drive thru twice, but was ignored. I stood... outside for over 15 minutes knocked and called multiple times. No one responded. Finally when a large group of people arrived,the staff unlocked the door. I was told to go through the drive thru. I pointed to my order sitting on the shelf and was told to"go get it ." I was very frustrated and watched several other customers attempt to order but drove away after getting tired ofwaiting. I would have done the same had I not already ordered and paid ahead. Read more
