I ordered a meal for delivery that took over 45 mins to get to me when delivery location was less than a quarter, really barely... a 10th of a mile, from the store. I get delivery due to lack of availability to pick it up. I called after 30 mins and thegentlemen kindly informed me that the driver left. After another 15 mins of the driver not showing up I called again and while Iunderstand things are busy the same guy answered the phone and had the worse attitude then responded "oh really you have?" Wheni told him I had never had a JJ order take this long. Your busness is freaky fast, and being condescending to the customer whenthey call about the lack of speed is NOT good customer service. I will say they said they would refund my entire order so I willcheck my statement to see if that's true. But dang man. I really liked going to that place, I hope training is in order. Read more
This place used to do a great service, fast and never a mistake with an order. We ordered from them several times a week due to... this. In the last few months its gone totally downhill, sandwiches come with burnt bread and the order is wrong every singletime. Orders also often go to out for delivery status for an hour at a time. When you call to complain that your sandwich iswrong they tell you its not their problem! Read more

You know a place is understaffed and poorly managed when your order takes longer than 70 minutes to arrive, regardless of... whether it?s peak time or not. This location is consistently subpar compared to other JJ locations with delivery times, customerservice, and order accuracy. Unless you are going into the shop to order or have the foresight to order delivery more than anhour before you?re ready to eat, steer clear of this location. Read more
Ran in to get my kids each a jimmy slim on our way to the park and it took a lot longer than it should have. There was only one... small order ahead of me and it would have gone along much quicker had the young employees stayed on task with making thesandwiches rather than standing around talking about their boyfriend?s surprise bday they are planning. Not only did it takeforever for everyone?s orders to be made, but the bread on my two slims was hard and I had to remove a lot of it. Verydisappointed. Read more
I just received the skimpiest sandwich that I have ever received from any jimmy johns. Literally 2 slices of meet on my sandwich... , no cheese even the veggies were lite. I always tip well, and I was highly upset that I left a good tip and received this.Unfortunately I have a limited time for lunch so I couldn't just return it.
