Careful ordering online here. I?ve had to wait over an hour to get a pick-up order completed. Food is always great and the... staff is friendly, but for some reason online tickets aren?t thrown in the que like the rest of in person orders. Might want tojust go inside, order, and wait like the old days before apps. Read more
DO NOT GET DELIVERY! Placed a 1 mile away order for our family, it?s been over an hour and we still do not have our food. We... called the store multiple times and they just said that our food was made (45 minutes ago?.so there goes the freshness) andthey?re just waiting for the delivery driver to come get it. I was so distracted by the dirtiness that I left with out my chips.photo included. Both the guy making sandwiches and the guy at... the register were tossing trash behind them with no concern over the mess. The food area didn?t look clean either. Not even worth 1 star!! Ordered 1 sandwich, delivery was not even a quarter mile away. My order was not delivered till nearly an... hour later (Ordered @ 2:13, Delivered @ 3:01). Called multiple times and got someone on the phone who had no idea what he wasdoing. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!!! I can't believe I did it again. I paid almost $9 for a sub with onion lettuce and tomato on it, chips and drink. The sandwich... was about as sophisticated as one at my 7 year old's cafeteria. White bread even. I don't even understand why Jimmy John's is inbusiness, considering it's competition. I can get a humongous meal at Subway for the same money and feel a lot better abouteating healthy or I can get something really zesty at Jersey Mike's stacked with meat. Somehow I just end up here once every twoto three years and it reminds me why this place is such a rip-off. Read more
